BEIJING, Feb. 23 -- The 27th Chinese peacekeeping engineering company and level-2 hospital to the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) successively passed the first United Nations equipment inspection in the new year with high standards on February 20 and 21.
The UN team inspected and evaluated the equipment and apparatus of the two detachments, all of which met the United Nations prescribed standards and received high praise from the inspection team.
The UN equipment inspection is usually conducted quarterly, which encompasses a comprehensive assessment of the equipment and facilities provided by troop-contributing countries.
