BEIJING, March 13 --A seminar on the 10th anniversary of setting the Party’s goal of building a strong military was held at the Military Political Work Studies Institute of the PLA Academy of Military Sciences (AMS) on March 11. More than 40 experts and scholars from military and civilian units such as the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), the AMS, the National Defense University of People's Liberation Army and the College of Military Services and Arms, attended the event.
This seminar summed up experience from the historical achievements of building a strong military in the past decade and produced a number of valuable ideological theories and cognitive achievements.
