BEIJING, June 16 -- At the invitation of the Ministry of Defense of Mongolia, the Army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) will send troops to Mongolia in mid-June to participate in the Khaan Quest 2023 multinational peacekeeping exercise, said Senior Colonel Zhang Xiaogang, spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of National Defense, when responding to media questions on Friday.
