The Chinese military has released a comprehensive document outlining specific measures for implementing the nation's Law on Population and Family Planning. The document consists of 33 clauses that detail various aspects of military personnel's marital, pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care-related rights and benefits.

Among the key provisions highlighted in the document, service members are encouraged to consider marriage and parenthood "at appropriate ages". Furthermore, it states that each military couple is permitted to have up to three children.

Additionally, the guidelines introduce new leave policies designed to facilitate military members in caring for their newborns or only child.

These regulations will take effect starting this Sunday.
