BEIJING, Dec. 5 -- The 2023 Qiangjun Cup competition, an orienteering competition among China's military educational institutions, kicked off at in Xishan Town, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, on December 3. 180 contestants from 20 teams representing military educational institutions from all branches of the PLA participated in the five-day competition.
The competition, set in a hilly jungle terrain with a variety of complex landforms and dense vegetation, consists of three events, namely, group match on basic skills, individual match on basic skills, and group match on combat skill application.
