PORT OF TOAMASINA, Apr. 11 -- The 45th Chinese naval escort taskforce arrived in the port of Toamasina and started its five-day goodwill visit in Madagascar on April 10, local time.
More than 300 people including representatives of the Madagascan military, staff of the Chinese Embassy in Madagascar, and representatives of overseas Chinese welcomed the Chinese taskforce at the port. During the visit, the two sides will hold friendly sports competitions and other activities.
