BEIJING, April 22 -- According to report, a helicopter crashed in Kenya on April 18. A number of people, including the Chief of Kenya Defense Forces, General Francis Ogolla, were killed in the accident. The Ministry of National Defense of the People's Republic of China expressed condolences to the Kenyan side on Monday.
