BEIJING, Apr. 24 -- Multiple rivers across Shaoguan City, south China's Guangdong Province have exceeded warning levels due to continuous downpours in the last few days, with some areas pounded by floods, landslides and other disasters. The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) troops made a quick response and rushed to the rescue.
