Chinese, Cambodian troops for"Golden Dragon 2024" joint exercise conduct maritime adaptive training

BEIJING, March 27 -- The Chinese and Cambodian naval troops participating in the "Golden Dragon 2024" joint exercise conducted adaptive training on May 22, which included ship communication, formation movement, damage control and battlefield medical care.

The training kicked off upon the Chinese Navy's amphibious dock landing ship Qilianshan (Hull 985) converged with two Cambodian naval vessels at the designated waters.

In the formation movement training session, with the Qilianshan ship serving as the benchmark ship, the three ships cooperated with each other to conduct the line formation, column formation and cover formation.

Through on-site demonstration and hands-on training, the Chinese Navy organized the participating troops of both sides to engage in training sessions on damage control, battlefield medical care, etc., which further honed the participating troops' military skills and enhanced their coordination and cooperation.
