ST. PETERSBURG, Russia, July 30 --The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy ships Jiaozuo (Hull 163) and Honghu (Hull 906) attended the parade ceremony marking the 328th anniversary of the Russian Navy in St.Petersburg on July 28, local time.

When the parade marking Russia's Navy Day officially began at 11:00 a.m., Chinese naval sailors manned the rails at the deck. At 11:09, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his welcome and best wishes to the Chinese service members as he inspected the guided-missile destroyer Jiaozuo. In addition, the comprehensive supply ship Honghu presented a static display on the same day.

It is learned that the parade was a part of Russia's Navy Day celebrations. More than 200 ships of various types from Russia, China, India and other countries attended the parade.
