BEIJING, Dec. 3 -- "The art of war is of vital importance to the state." The 10th International Symposium on Sun Tzu's Art of War will be held in Beijing, China, from December 5th to 6th. Over 350 Chinese and foreign delegates from 30-odd countries will attend the event.
