BEIJING, Dec.4 -- In waters around China's Huangyan Dao at 7:04 a.m. on December 4, the Philippines' official vessel 3003 ignored multiple stern warnings from China and deliberately rammed into the China Coast Guard vessel 3302 in an unprofessional and dangerous manner, resulting in a collision.
