BEIJING, March 4 -- The delegation of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) and the People's Armed Police (PAP) Force to the third session of China's 14th National People's Congress (NPC) was established on March 3.
General Zhang Youxia, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), was elected as the head of the delegation, and General He Weidong, also a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the CMC, was elected as the deputy head of the delegation.
