BEIJING, Dec. 1 -- According to the international military cooperation plan in 2023, General He Weidong, vice chairman of China's Central Military Commission, will visit Cambodia and Laos at invitation in early December. The visits aim to implement the important consensus reached between the leaders of China and the two countries, further strengthen friendly exchanges between the militaries and jointly safeguard regional peace and stability.
