BEIJING, March 21 -- An armored element of a heavy amphibious combined-arms brigade under the PLA 73rd Group Army recently conducted a round-the-clock live-fire shooting assessment in mountainous areas of southern Fujian Province. As darkness fell, lights of all fighting vehicles were turned off. With the vehicle-mounted low-light-level night vision system, the armored vehicle crew quickly captured targets and completed fire strikes.
