BEIJING, April 10 -- An airborne brigade with the PLA Air Force organized an armed parachuting assault drill by the Y-20 transport aircraft under the dark night conditions. Vertical airborne operation conducted at night catches the enemy off guard and is therefore more conducive to taking the initiative on battlefield.
