The Bayi Aerobatic Team of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force will fly new J-10C fighter jets at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition in Malaysia, according to a PLA Armed Forces spokesperson. The J-10C, modified from the J-10 fighter jet, is a third-generation Chinese supersonic fighter that debuted when the PLA marked its 90th anniversary in July 2017 at the Zhurihe military training base in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This is the first time that the J-10Cs will be showcased abroad. Aerobatic teams from other countries, including Russia, South Korea, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia, will also participate in the exhibition.
