BEIJING, Apr. 7 -- In accordance with the annual training plan, the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Southern Theater Command organized army and air force troops to conduct joint live-fire exercise on the Chinese side of the China-Myanmar border from April 2. According to the on-site commander, this exercise tested the troops' combat capabilities in rapid mobilization, precise destruction, multi-dimensional blockade and control, and joint strikes.
