WUHAN, China, Jan. 3 -- The fifth "Blue Water" International Cultural Festival was held at the Chinese PLA Naval University of Engineering from December 27 to 29, 2024. During the festival, an exhibition, the foreign military members' lectures, an international mini marathon and a series of activities were organized to enhance the cultural exchanges between China and foreign militaries.
