BEIJING, Jan. 10 -- A 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck Dingri County in the city of Xigaze, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region on the morning of January 7. The disaster relief operations entered the fourth day on January 10, and the Chinese military continued to fight on the front lines of earthquake relief efforts to help the disaster-stricken areas restore normal production and life order as soon as possible, and to guarantee the basic livelihood of the disaster-affected people.
