BEIJING, May 14 -- Recently, the 23rd Chinese peacekeeping force to the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) provided humanitarian assistance to the Mosan Center for Special Needs in Tyre City in south Lebanon.
The Chinese peacekeepers brought care and health to the local people through practical actions including free medical services, cultural exchanges, and donations of supplies.
The peacekeepers also performed traditional Chinese traditional arts such as lion dance, martial arts, face-changing in Sichuan Opera, and Guzheng, disseminating traditional Chinese culture and deepening friendship between the two sides.
The Chinese peacekeepers will continue to convey the warmth of China with their professional qualities to contribute Chinese strength to world peace.
