BEIJING, May 28 -- On Tuesday evening, local time, the Chinese PLA Navy's amphibious dock landing ship Changbaishan (Hull 989), which is participating in the China-Cambodia "Golden Dragon 2025" joint exercise, held a deck reception at Port Ream in Cambodia. More than 200 people, including members of the China-Cambodia observation group, members of the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, and representatives of participating troops from both sides, were invited to attend.
Officials of the Cambodian Ministry of National Defense, the Chinese commanding officer of the joint exercise, and the Chinese ambassador to Cambodia delivered speeches respectively. The event also featured displays of Chinese cuisine and traditional arts such as calligraphy, rubbing, and tea ceremonies.
