BEIJING, Sept. 14 -- "According to the annual plan and consensus of the two sides, the China-Cambodia 'Peace Angel 2023' joint exercise will be held in Cambodia in mid-to-late September," said Senior Colonel Tan Kefei, spokesperson for China's Ministry of National Defense, on Thursday.
He added that this joint exercise will be conducive to improving the coordinated action and emergency response capabilities of the Chinese and Cambodian militaries in the field of health service, and further deepening pragmatic exchanges and cooperation between the two militaries.
