MINSK, 3 July (BelTA) - Military delegations of China and Russia held talks with the leadership of the Defense Ministry of Belarus in Minsk on 2 July, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
On 2 July Belarus' Deputy Defense Minister Sergei Potapenko met with the Chief of Staff of the Beijing Garrison of China's People's Liberation Army to discuss the topical issues of bilateral cooperation. The delegation members visited the Minsk Military Commandant's Office where they met with the Chinese military.
The Chinese military delegation is visiting Belarus on 1-4 July. The Chinese military attended a function and a gala concert on the occasion of Belarus' Independence Day, visited the Belarusian State Museum of the Great Patriotic War. Members of the delegation attended the 3 July parade at Minsk Hero City Stele.
