BREST, July 4 (ChinaMil) -- The guided-missile frigate Binzhou (Hull 515) of the 29th Chinese naval escort taskforce arrived at the Port of Brest in France and started its three-day technical stop on July 2, 2018.
At 13:00, as the frigate Binzhou approached the wharf of the French naval base in Brest, commander of the naval base welcomed the ship in the rain.
After the frigate Binzhou docked, the welcoming crowd boarded the ship for a visit and had a meeting with commanding officers of the taskforce.
During its technical stop, the frigate Binzhou will mainly have replenishment of oil, fresh water, non-staple food and so forth. Chinese sailors will participate in friendly basketball and badminton matches with the officers and soldiers of the French naval base.
