美国国会众议长佩洛西不顾中方强烈反对和严正交涉，窜访中国台湾地区。这是美方歪曲虚化掏空一个中国原则的又一危险挑衅行径，也充分暴露出蔡英文及民进党当局挟洋自重，勾连外部势力作乱，甘当棋子，妄图“倚美谋独”的险恶用心。
US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s rogue visit to China’s Taiwan region in disregard of China’s strong opposition and stern representations is yet another dangerous provocation by the US to distort, obscure, and hollow out the one-China principle. It also fully exposes Tsai Ing-wen and the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) authorities’ pernicious intent of colluding with external forces, willingly serving as a pawn, and relying on the US to seek “Taiwan independence”.
对此，中国人民解放军东部战区在台岛周边海空域组织多军兵种联合对海突击、对陆打击、制空作战等多科目针对性演练，组织精导武器实弹射击，对美台勾连发出严正震慑。
In response, the PLA Eastern Theater Command has organized multi-service, multi-subject targeted exercises in the sea and airspace around the Taiwan Island, including maritime assaults, land attacks, and air operations, and fired precision-guided weapons in a grave deterrence to the collusion between Washington and Taiwan region.
此次台海局势面临新一轮紧张和严峻挑战，根本原因是蔡英文及民进党当局和美方勾连不断改变现状。自上台以来，蔡英文及民进党当局为一己之私，顽固坚持“台独”立场，不仅拒不承认“九二共识”，肆意攻击“一国两制”，还在岛内竭力推行“去中国化”，操弄“法理台独”；不仅刻意制造两岸对抗，绑架台湾民意，煽动社会民粹，还极力打压岛内主张两岸关系和平发展与和平统一的正义力量与理性声音；不仅勾结外部反华势力，在国际上从事“台独”分裂活动，置台海和平、台湾民众安危于不顾，还执意推动佩洛西窜台，挟洋自重挑衅大陆，站在中华民族的对立面，严重破坏两岸关系和平发展，严重危害台海和平稳定，严重损害两岸同胞共同利益和中华民族根本利益。蔡英文及民进党当局挟洋自重、倒行逆施，勾连外部势力进行“谋独”挑衅的恶行，可谓罄竹难书。
The Taiwan Strait is facing a new round of tensions and severe challenges, and the fundamental cause is the repeated moves by Tsai Ing-wen and the DPP authorities and the US to change the status quo. Since coming into office, Tsai Ing-wen and the DPP authorities have persistently clung to their “Taiwan independence” stance for selfish purposes and gains. They refuse to recognize the 1992 Consensus, rampantly attack the “One Country, Two Systems” policy, go all out to push forward “de-sinicization”, and attempt to create "de jure Taiwan independence" through "constitutional reform". They intentionally create confrontations across the Taiwan Strait, hijack public opinions of the Taiwan compatriots, flame up populism, and spare no effort in suppressing the righteous forces and rational voices on the island calling for a peaceful development of the cross-Strait relations and peaceful reunification. They not only collude with external anti-China forces and carry out “Taiwan independence” separatist activities on the international stage regardless of peace in the Taiwan Strait and the safety of the Taiwan people, but also stubbornly promote Pelosi’s Taiwan rogue visit in an endeavor to provoke the Chinese mainland and stand against the Chinese nation. Their behaviors have seriously undermined the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations, seriously endangered peace and stability across the Strait, and seriously harmed the common interests of the Chinese people living on both sides of the Strait and the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation. Tsai Ing-wen and the DPP authorities’ outrageous behaviors of going against the historical trend and colluding with external forces in the provocative pursuit for “Taiwan independence” are too numerous to record.
“台独”分裂势力是祖国统一的严重障碍，是民族复兴的巨大隐患。“台独”顽固分子的狂言呓语，再次暴露了他们丧心病狂的本质，非但欺骗不了世人，最终只会加速自身覆灭，把台湾推向灾难深渊。目前，国家追究“台独”顽固分子刑事责任具有明确的法律依据，宪法、反分裂国家法、国家安全法、刑法等法律对此已有明确规定。法网恢恢，疏而不漏。其公然挑衅国家主权和领土完整，公然挑衅国家法律尊严，必将受到法律严惩。
The “Taiwan independence” secessionist forces are a major obstacle to China’s reunification and rejuvenation. The reckless remarks by the die-hard “Taiwan independence” separatists once again expose their complete loss of mind and morality. They cannot fool the people, but will only see themselves slide further down to failure and push Taiwan into an abyss of disaster and misery. China now has a clear and solid legal basis for holding the “Taiwan independence” separatists criminally responsible, as the Constitution, the Anti-Secession Law, the National Security Law, and the Criminal Law have made definite provisions. The mills of justice grind slowly but surely. The “Taiwan independence” secessionist forces, which have so blatantly provoked national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the dignity of the law, will be harshly punished by law.
当前，祖国统一和中华民族伟大复兴已经进入不可逆转的历史进程。祖国必须统一，也必然统一。这不会以美方一些顽固反华势力的意志为转移，也不会被蔡英文等“台独”分裂势力的痴心妄想所左右。蔡英文及民进党当局和美国反华势力无论采取什么行径，都无法改变台湾是中国一部分的事实。佩洛西之流无论以什么方式“挺台遏华”，都无法阻挡中国统一的历史进程。
The reunification of the country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation are an irreversible historical trend. The motherland must be and will be reunified. This will not change no matter how the stubborn anti-China American forces attempt and plot otherwise, or how Tsai Ing-wen and other “Taiwan independence” separatist forces dream otherwise. Nothing they do will change the fact that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China. Nothing Pelosi and her ilk do to “bolster Taiwan and contain China” will block the historical process of China’s full reunification.
“倚美”是迷梦，“谋独”乃死路。历史已经并将继续证明，搞“台独”分裂绝不可能得逞，出卖国家民族利益必将遭到彻底失败。蔡英文及民进党当局难逃“弃子”和“炮灰”的下场，终将沦为中华民族的千古罪人。
“Relying on the US” is a delusion and “seeking Taiwan independence” is a dead end. History has proven and will continue to prove that “Taiwan independence” separatist forces will never succeed, and anyone betraying the interests of the country and the nation will end up in a thorough fiasco. The only destiny for Tsai Ing-wen and the DPP authorities is to become America’s “abandoned chess pieces” and “cannon fodder” and be recorded in history as traitors and sinners of the Chinese nation.
台湾问题是中国核心利益中的核心，关乎国家主权和领土完整。中国人民解放军在台岛周边展开一系列针对性军事行动予以反制，坚决捍卫国家主权和领土完整，坚决挫败外部势力干涉和“台独”分裂图谋。中方采取任何反制措施都是正当的和必要的，任何人、任何势力、任何国家都不要幻想把台湾从中国分裂出去，任何人、任何势力、任何国家都不要低估中国人民捍卫国家主权和领土完整的坚强决心、坚定意志、强大能力！
The Taiwan question is at the very heart of China’s core interests. It concerns state sovereignty and territorial integrity. The series of targeted military operations carried out by the PLA around the Taiwan Island are part of our countermeasures to resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity, defeat the interference by external forces, and smash any secessionist attempt at “Taiwan independence”. Any countermeasure taken by China would be justified and necessary. No individual, force or country should hold any illusion of severing Taiwan from China. No individual, force or country should underestimate the Chinese people’s strong determination, firm will, and great capability to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity!
