BEIJING, Dec. 3 -- The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) held its 2nd annual meeting on flight safety recently at a PLA Air Force's research institute.

With the theme of risk management and safety, the meeting focused on the innovation of flight safety management models and methods, and invited industry experts to give lectures and front-line pilots to share their views and insights.
会议以风险管理与安全为主题，围绕飞行安全管理模式手段创新，邀请行业专家授课、一线飞行员分享思考感悟。
This year's meeting aimed to create a professional communication platform for the PLA aviation units to learn from each other, elevate flight safety from management to governance and guide the participants to establish the concept of flight safety risk prevention and control. It's also designed to effectively support the scientific and safe training of the troops, ensure safer conduct of missions and contribute to the high-quality development of the PLA Air Force's aviation units.
此次飞行安全年会旨在打造全军航空兵部队互学互鉴的专业交流平台，推动飞行安全工作由管理向治理升级，引导参会人员树立飞行安全风险防控理念，有效保障部队科学训练、安全训练，确保部队更安全执行任务，助力航空兵部队高质量发展。
